The blinds are great..now. I/We mismeasured on our first order, so had to re-do. I do not expect a refund for my mistake, but am wondering if I can return to you the ones that did not fit. Please advise....and thank you in advance.

I had to order quickly and couldn't wait for a sample. However, the color representation on the website was perfect! Although I had to call customer service to obtain shipment status because the website was not updated, the blinds were manufactured per 3-day promise and delivered on schedule. I will definitely order from Blinds Chalet in the future.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
